INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I INSPECTED THE STORE FOR RODENT FECES--THE INSPECTION WAS FOCUSED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND THE EMPLOYEE BREAK ROOM.
RODENT FECES WAS NOT DISCOVERED. HOWEVER; THE FLOORS WERE DISCOVERED TO HAVE EXCESSIVE DIRT AND DEBRIS. FURTHERMORE, THE FACILITY EMPLOYEES A PEST CONTROL AGENCY AND INSPECTS THE STORE ON A MONTHLY BASES. RECENT REPORTS WERE REVIEWED NO APPARENT ISSUES WERE DISCOVERED. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE STORE INFORM THE PEST CONTROL AGENCY OF THE POTENTIAL ISSUE AND WORK WITH THEM TO FIND SOLUTIONS TO POTENTIAL PROBLEMS. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. |
